These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coop Coach / The Road to Cooperstown mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Road to Cooperstown ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. The App is intended for adults, primarily parents, guardians, coaches, and team organizers. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and that any information you enter about a player, including a minor, is provided with proper authority and supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App offers free features and paid features, including an All-Star season plan and custom song purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe's terms.
Subscriptions and season plans. Paid plans provide access for the period described at purchase. Access ends when the applicable period ends unless renewed.
Custom songs. Custom song purchases are for the specific service and package selected, including the number of revisions stated for that package.
Pricing and availability. Prices and features may change. We will not change the price of a purchase you have already completed.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, digital and custom-made items, including custom songs and season plans, are generally non-refundable once work has begun or access has been granted. For questions about a charge, contact hi@roadtocooperstown.app.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as team information, contacts, photos, listings, notes, lyrics, and reference files ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your User Content as needed to operate and provide the App, including sharing it with other users where the feature is designed to do so (for example, team groups and community listings).
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features let you share information with other users, including team group members and the pin-trade community. Any information you post in these areas, including contact information, may be visible to other users. Share only what you are comfortable making visible, and treat other users respectfully.
The wellness check-in and pitch-count features are informational tools to help you track and organize player information. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional medical judgment or official league rules. Always follow the guidance of qualified medical professionals and your league's official pitch-count and safety rules. You are solely responsible for decisions about a player's health, participation, and safety.
The in-app assistant ("Coop Coach") generates automated responses using a third-party language model. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently before relying on it.
Some features, such as the drink-related content, involve alcoholic beverages and are intended only for users of legal drinking age. This content is provided for entertainment and personal use. Please drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.
The App relies on and links to third-party services, including our application platform, hosting, payment processing, mapping, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content and the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Road to Cooperstown and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
